Director Biography - Charlotte Firmin

Charlotte Firmin graduated from Westminster University with a degree in animation.
Most known for her LGBT film 'Proud to Love' (2018) which made its North American premier in 2019.
Her first documentary film Pink and Blue (2019) has been screened at 10 festivals, including the up-and-coming festival in Germany. The film was also selected as a semi-finalist within the innovators award category at Duemila30 Festival and as a finalist at the Frostbite international indie fest.
She uses a combination of 2d animation and experimental narrative to shine more light on the LGBTQ+ community, and hopes to one day become a documentary filmmaker.
