Sourav (25) was born in India and is currently based in Luton, England. He has had a background in theater since a young age and holds a degree in Film Production. Sourav also gained valuable experience working on a feature film called "Sijou."
Mihai (28) was born in Romania and is now based in Luton, England. While he didn't have prior experience in the film industry, he approaches his work with a high level of passion and enthusiasm. Like Sourav, Mihai is also a Film Production graduate.
The film represents the beauty of connection beyond the barriers of culture and belief. As both directors come from different countries—India and Romania, respectively—their shared journey during university bonded them into a creative partnership that has now come to fruition with this first project.
Much like how the directors discovered a unified creative path, the film aims to depict a similar scenario in which individuals from diverse backgrounds can discover common ground and mutual understanding. Our objective with this film is to showcase the universal themes of human struggle and aspiration that transcend cultural boundaries.
Through the lens of our two main characters, we also explore the complexities of personal growth and self-discovery in a world that often imposes rigid expectations based on cultural norms and societal pressures.
Thank you for your consideration.
Warm regards,
Mihai and Sourav
