Projections

In a montage style, the short film Projections depicts the progression of feelings of lust. The film juxtaposes the disfigurement of a plum with the progression of a woman’s relationship with a balloon. After encountering the balloon on a walk, the two spend time together, visiting various locations around San Francisco. Ultimately, the relationship reaches a downward spiral into a placid burnout. Additionally, x-ray-like images of lips are sporadically scattered throughout to represent not doing better despite knowing better.
