Director Statement

The Zombi in Haitian mythology is an animated corpse bought back to life through dark magic to do the bidding or the deeds of its master, the person who has bought them back to life. Zombi, also known as "zombie" has been known in 20th century fantasy genres as the walking dead, the living dead or the vengeful dead.

I am reimagining this familiar myth for the 21st century in the science fiction genre, with an early 2000's pop nostalgia flair and a touch of black mirror.
