Helen and Mariza are best friends. They both had dreams of making it in the film  industry but they settled with law studies for financial stability. Helen is jealous of  Mariza though, because Mariza is in a relationship with Orestis, who has been the  bone of contention between them for many years. During the night of their graduation  from law school, they had been drinking at the beach and having fun till Mariza  suggested that they should swim to the buoy far inside the sea as a bet. Whoever  swims first there is the best of the duo. Helen agrees and they jump into the sea.  Mariza was swimming faster but she hurts her leg and calls for help. Helen hesitates  and Mariza drowns. 
10 years later and the old group of friends is going to have a reunion-memorial  service for Mariza at Vaggelis’s apartment. The reunion is the same day with the day  that Mariza drowned and a strange phenomenon is going to happen in the city, a  mist that is approaching very slowly from the sea. Helen has a boyfriend now,  Andreas, who is very traditional and pressures her to have a baby. The reunion starts  when they arrive and the party is awkward and boring. Nancy is not mentally stable,  Euthimis is an unsophisticated man, Vaggelis is a closeted homosexual and Helen is  having an affair with Orestis. Vaggelis leaves the party for his job as a food vlogger.  Soon they hear a loud thud and the lights go out. When the lights are switched on, the group realizes that Nancy is missing and Helen is sure that she saw her dead  friend, Mariza, outside of the door. They form groups and they go to search Nancy.  Vaggelis 3 is crossing by Vaggelis 1 who is vlogging outside of the condo and he  enters the condo and locks the front door. The group doesn’t find Nancy but they meet  Vaggelis 3 and think that he is Vaggelis 1. 
Helen takes the elevator and arrives at the floor of Vaggelis’s apartment. She meets  Nancy 2 who is happy to see her and Vaggelis 2 who is shocked because she is  alive. When they arrive at the apartment everyone is shocked to see her alive and she  is shocked to see Mariza alive. They realize that there are different realities and in this  one she died instead of Mariza 10 years ago. They are all happy to be together after  all these years and they start to have fun. They get really drunk and they share stories 

from the past. Helen has different experiences from them and she remembers things  differently. She gets into a fight with Mariza and goes to the bathroom to calm down.  Orestis follows her and they kiss. 

Back in her reality, everyone is at Vaggelis’s apartment again except Nancy and  Helen. They are all worried but soon Nancy 3 arrives who has blood stains on her  clothes. No one of the group knows that she isn’t their Nancy and Orestis talks to her  about the old times. Soon he realizes that she is isn’t their Nancy and Nancy attacks  them. 

Vaggelis 3 comes out to Euthimis in the place they found to hide and he tells him that  he is in love with him. He also tells him about the existence of other realities. They  have sex. 
In the second reality, Mariza finds out that Helen and Orestis kissed and a big fight  breaks out. Mariza 3 enters the living room though with a gun in her hand. She is  shocked to see Orestis alive. Back in her reality she killed him because she caught him  cheating on her with Helen. She decides to kill Mariza 2 because she wants to stay in  this reality where Orestis is still alive. She shoots Mariza but Nancy 2 gets in the way  and gets hurt. Everyone runs and lock themselves in different places of the apartment. 

In the first reality, Nancy 3 chases the group. Orestis and Andreas hide in a big old  fridge where they find the naked body of Nancy 1. They get out and Nancy chases  them to the lobby. Vaggelis 3 tries to sacrifice himself because he knows how  dangerous she is but he fails. She threatens to kill all of them. 
In the second reality Mariza and Helen organize a plan to kill Mariza 3 but they fail  and Andreas 2 gets killed. Helen decides to leave and return to her reality to protect  Andreas 1. She takes the elevator and arrives at the lobby behind Nancy 3. She kills  
her and unlocks the front door. She makes everyone to leave and returns to Vaggelis’s  apartment. She starts to break all the windows at the apartment and the mist starts to  fill the apartment and the realities collide. Mariza 2 appeared at the apartment and  they put the final plan in action to kill Mariza 3. They lure her at the roof where they  kill her. They lay down at the floor and dreaming about the experiences they could  have had. 

Helen arrives at the car where Andreas waits for her and she tells him that they should  go to Africa and shoot a documentary there, a dream she always had. Andreas  agrees but we soon realize that this is Helen 3.
