Presley Flores-Holz is a student filmmaker and animator based in Toronto, Canada. Presley has had an overwhelming passion for film and animation from a very young age and hopes to continue making animated projects in university and eventually for her career. While attending her first year at Etobicoke School of the Arts, Presley created her first animated short, "Howdy," which gave her the motivation to develop a 4-minute animated film titled "Aliengirl" that screened at the ESA Because I Am a Girl show in 2023. Since those films, Presley continues to present a new animated short every couple months. She has also explored live-action filmmaking with her short-doc, "Cuando yo me Vaya," which won the Grade 9 Shaftsburry Best in Show award at her high school. Presley's main goal is to be able to continue to work in film and animation until she is very, very, very old.
