Positive
The story took place in 2023, during the post-pandemic era. On 23rd Planet, 23rd Universe, there was a rookie virus, Agent 23. After receiving the order from his commander, Agent 23 excitedly began on his first mission, invading Toby, the human. However, he encountered countless difficulties on his mission. Agent 23 was frustrated and wanted to quit. But whenever he thought of his commander’s reminder, he could regain positive thinking and start over again. At last, as Agent 23 hopped onto the lollipop Toby was about to eat, a bat snatched the lollipop, and Agent 23 entered the mouth of the bat. The heat there put Agent 23’s life at stake. Would he be able to overcome the trials and complete the vital task of invading humans?
Our motivation starts from the two meanings of “positive,” diagnosed and optimistic. Using a cute agent as the metaphor for viruses, we are telling a story about the origin of the pandemic from the virus’s angle and bringing out the idea of positive thinking. During the pandemic era, people normally think of viruses as a symbol of negativity. Thus, by telling a different angle, we want to convey the idea of positive thinking via his spirit of “Never give up.” We are here to call on people not to be bound by the sadness of the past. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. We should break the obstacles like Agent 23.
