Portlock
'Based on True Events'
Portlock, Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, Mid 20th Century.
During World War 2, years of dark events led the residents of Portlock to flee en masse by 1950.
However, the town's post office could not be officially closed for at least a full year, until 1951.
During this time, Portlock had only one sole resident.
Newly appointed US Post Master and United States Marine Veteran - Kavik Foster Ward.
Traumatized from his time in service, seeking solitude at the ends of the earth, Kavik will now face the unimaginable.
