Such an honor to be a part of the Portland Comedy Film Festival! Love the organizers and the participants.

  • We had such a fun time at this great small-ish festival in PDX!

The venue was the historic Clinton Street Theater in a very groovy part of se Portland. With a killer bar next door it was a very welcoming venue to view all of the productions.

It went as smooth as it could with Mikel having a medical emergency and unable to attend. The festival staff really stepped up and everything went relatively smooth.

We viewed projects one after the other until we broke for about 15 min and then went back into the theater to view the rest. Afterwards there was no Q&A leaving all of the creators free to network in this beautiful theater and did I m mention the killer bar next door?

Cant wait to submit our next project in 2023! Thanks again for the selection! - The cast & crew of Red Stool Productions!

  • Though I was unable to attend because of work commitments, I was so honored to have my script included in the festival! The communication was amazing and I look forward to submitting more projects in the future!

Since I lived in Portland for 22 years and my twins were born there, it meant so much to me that Be Careful What You Wish For was accepted and screened on November 13. Mikel is stupendous and actually ran into a few people I know in Los Angeles. It is an experience I will always cherish!
