Overall Rating
  • Hands down, the best festival experience I've ever been a part of. The staff was incredibly professional and truly...just great people who love films and know how to make filmmakers feel appreciated. The community of Port Orchard was so welcoming and conveniently located. Everything we needed was within a 5-minute walk. The festival venue, Dragonfly Cinema, is the perfect mix of cozy and nostalgic. This festival is a true gem. I'll certainly be back!

Amy and the staff of the Port Orchard film festival were amazing. They created a lot of networking opportunities for filmmakers. They also knew each filmmaker and the work that was submitted. The support from the festival was outstanding. You could tell that each film was handled with equal importance. The number of awards they gave out reflected the diversity of the films. It was a great pleasure being a part of the festival and seeing my work on the big screen. I would definitely recommend submitting to this festival! The support of the local community and businesses was also fantastic.

This is my third year having a short in the festival but it was my first year being able to attend the festival. All I can say is that it was well worth it. Amy and her amazing staff did an incredible job putting everything together. From the films to all the events that went with the festival. Can't wait til' next year!
