The films must be submitted in English or Italian and with English or Italian subtitles if in a different language.
Any copyrighted material in the film must be cleared by the applicant alone. In terms of copyright, filmmakers are responsible for determining their own rights.
When you submit your film, you give us your consent and permission to screen it live and, under special circumstances, online.
In the seasonal competition, online screening is optional and will be done according to the producer's preference.
Based on the press kits you provide us with, we may promote clips from your film on social media. Under special circumstances, we reserve the right to change the festival's date and location. Our website will provide you with event information on a regular basis.
There are no restrictions on the premiere status of your work or whether it has been screened at other festivals or made available online.
All technical issues with the submitted films are the filmmakers' responsibility. In the event that your video file presents technical problems, we will try to contact you to resolve them. Whether you have a technical problem or a question, we'll work with you to solve it.
Since our staff needs to evaluate each project multiple times, entry fees are not refundable.
For each film submitted to the selection of the Festival, a registration fee is requested to cover administrative and programming costs. Films will only be considered for selection after the entry fee is received.
Our policy is to never share your information with third parties.
Term and condition updates are subject to change without notice.
A film project's submitter will be the only person contacted by the festival.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
