This festival has rallied around itself a nice little community of local filmmakers who are very supportive of one another and of any new players like myself. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

One point of improvement is the venue. It is in the back room of a bar, which is fine, but the sound was not very good on most films and there was a lot of distractions from banging plates in the kitchen. That made the sound issues worse.

Other than that, this is a fantastic networking opportunity for filmmakers to connect with like-minded individuals. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Look forward to the next one!

A great group of people and films. Excellent communication. Festival went online because of COVID but they still made the filmmakers feel special. Films were easy to watch online.

The personal touch of an online interview made this festival feel like we were visiting and actually there during this tough covid year. We are making another film in hopes we can go in person next time! This festival is run with love and passion. A fist full of stars!

  • I was delighted to have my script VEIL win "Best Unproduced Screenplay" from this Festival. I also had a great time chatting with Chris Cullen on the video interview. I'm only sorry it wasn't possible to attend the Festival in person ... hopefully, in better times.
