Director Statement

I made this film out of exasperation. Being a member of such a family who migrated from East Bengal, Pakistan to West Bengal, India in 1950s, I was perturbed by the new Citizenship Act and programme announced by the government of India in 2019 followed by the nation-wide agitation.
