Dong-min finds out that his deceased mother’s watch is missing from the box of her things, and confronts his father at the table tennis club. His father, Hyeong-cheol, tells him dismissively that he threw it away along with other trash. Dong-min challenges his father to a table tennis match; the winner gets the watch.
