Pim Pom Amfibio rocket

This is live recorded folk rock opera with one live shot, no added sounds, filters or manipulation. 2 voices, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, mandolin, drums, piano, white noise from radio, feedback guitar. No cuts and no digital editing. Pim and Pom are little trolls. They paint, compose an opera, sing, dance and do art with big A. One day they decide to build an amfibio rocket, which travels on land, air, water and space.

Director Biography - Tomi Christiansson

Tomi Christiansson is Finnish self learned guitar player and composer. His main instrument is the electric guitar. He feels that rhythm and microtonality are the most important things in guitar playing. When he was a child, he heard Peer Günt´s the dance of Mountain kings and danced like a dervish, when he was alone at home. He have 20 000 vinyls and he has always listened a lot music as well as played with them, cause he cannot read the notes.
His music is same as his way see world as rhythms and microtonal moments. In this experimental film, he improvises and plays different instruments with Ninel Grönholm
