Pilgrims of Divine Mercy
In this road movie four repeat offenders, who converted in prison, set off on foot to the Vatican, drawing a special trolley with a gift for the pope – a painting of Merciful Jesus. What they have in common, apart from their criminal past, is faith and hope that their effort will help them to forget about the demons of the past. Heavy physical exertion will put their notions of community and faith to the test. They will meet many interesting people on the way, but what is the most important will happen between them.
