This film incorporates to people with depression. May not entirely explain what they been through, which in reality we really don't know and they could have hard time chanelling it to us. But one of the best way to ease them or help them out is to give time to talk to them. Despite the distance or how hectic our schedule can be we can always take part to listen to them and possibly ease their burden. That one phone call could possibly save them from what they were thinking if you're always there ready to answer and listen.
