«Petersburg Artist» - a film-interview with the primitive artist and poet Vladlen Gavrilchik (1929 - 2017), one of the most prominent representatives of the first generation of the St. Petersburg underground of the 1960s and 1980s. In an unusually free and witty manner, Gavrilchik talks about his childhood spent in Central Asia, the naval service in the Far East, and the first Leningrad exhibitions.
