Dr. Peter Hsui Haw-Ping, Ph.D. majoring in World Culture History from Cornell University U.S.A. who was a TV anchor and producer in Taipei for 30 years and won 7 News media awards and 6 musical awards in China. Peter Hsui traveled more than 200 countries and filmed 6,000 hours documentaries independently all over the world so far.
