Born in 1993, Marco Pinnavaia is an Italian writer and director. He lived in Milan, Lyon, Paris and Rome. In High School they called him "Vinz" after watching the movie "La Haine". His first novel, "Puerto de Luna - The thin difference between black and white" was published in 2018 by Prospero Editore in Italy. "Pendu - the Hanged Man" is his first short movie, while "Dreamland - The truth on the "Freedom Convoy" affair" is his first feature film.
A documentary filmed with a smartphone where trivial images collected during a travel from the North to the South of Italy tells us the story of a man who doesn't exist: Pendu, the Hanged Man, a fictional character of Marseille's tarots. What happens if we change the perspective of our perception of reality? What changes if we change? Things are more complicated that how they appears to be...
