I was born in Porto, Portugal, and I have a degree in Cinema and Audiovisuals from ESAP – Escola Superior Artística do Porto.
My career begun as a journalist in 1989 at the newspaper O Primeiro de Janeiro and that same year, I joined the founding team of Rádio Nova.
In 1991, I started working with RTP, where I regularly participated in various TV shows on the Portuguese TV channels, with emphasis on Rotações, Sem Limites and several others from the RTP information department.
In 2001 I was part of the founding team of NTV, where I started developing and producing TV shows like Nrodas and Nromarias.
In 2002, I founded Completa Mente – Comunicação e Eventos, Lda, and continued producing TV shows as Velocidades and 4 Tempos.
In 2004 he I had invitation to join the El Corte Inglés team, having led the External Relations department of Gaia Porto, until March 2010.
In 2010, I dedicated entirely to managing my own projects, notably the movie Teratron – As Cobaias (ZON cinemas), the documentary Hospital de Valongo - 100 anos, and Romaria do Meu Coração, still in production for RTP1.
In 2022, I produced and directed "O Meu Caminho", "My Camino", that is making a great path, in the international circuit.
