Pedro Balduino was born in Rio de Janeiro city, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. He studied Visual Arts at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte where he discovered the practice and theory in Film and Video Art together with painting practice. His works include experimental video series released on the Internet during the 2010s and some industrial films made with small independent producers in northeastern and southeastern Brazil. Dark themes and reference to fine art elements in photography and art direction of his films are key points of his work as a filmmaker.
