Passion

"I think, the biggest struggle is holding onto that feeling. Because, when you don't know anything, it's all awesome. You have no idea how the business works, you just know what to do. And then you get into the business, you start getting told no. No. And then you're not doing it because you love it. You're just trying to win. I just need to win. And you lose side of the passion of it."

You love doing something. If you're from the lucky ones, you manage to get a job and do what you love for living. But more and more time you spend in the business life, more "standard" you become. When you become a "professional", most of us forget how that passion, doing something we love, fuels our lives. We think it is important to cling onto that passionate self.
