Director Biography - Ty Whittington

Ty Whittington is very passionate, ambitious, visionary writer, director and producer and trailblazer from Jamaica, NY. Ty is motivated to create and tell intriguing stories in a wide variety of mediums.

Ty relocated to Los Angeles in 2010, after touring with her son who starred as Young Simba in Disney's, The Lion King National Tour. Ty's love for the arts and film making drove her to create her own production company in 2013, BossChics Films. She created many independent shows, music videos and short films to perfect her craft.
