Papercut
An independent, introspective Philadelphian woman meets an optimistic (yet amorously cautious) man by chance during a romantically turbulent time in their lives. Their paths may cross, but fate chooses not to bring them together (for now). This narrative explores thoughtful self-awareness and personal desire through a strong female character and delicate male figure using documentary style.

Katie Supplee hails from Philadelphia and studies at The University of the Arts. Growing up in the great outdoors - more specifically, the family farm - has inspired her need to document her surroundings. She has a great interest in "the human condition" and the way in which we process emotion. Her tight-knit family has taught her the importance of raw, human connection and warm inclusivity.
