Palm Beach International Music Awards

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a monthly PBIMA award, entries must have been professionally produced, released, exhibited, screened, aired or shown online the prior month before the submission deadline.

Artists must have all applicable rights to any songs or videos entered. Songs, performances, or music videos submitted for a PBIMA award may be displayed or shown for promotional purposes as PBIMA deems appropriate. By entering, the entrant agrees to hold PBIMA and any of its affiliated companies exempt from any costs or expenses of any claim arising out of any such use. PBIMA assumes no responsibility for the acts or omissions of those individuals or entities submitting entries pursuant to this notice. All submitting entities and/or individuals are advised to review submissions with respect to correct name credits and other information.

Content submitted to the PBIMA will be promoted on our website, in printed materials (such as the festival program) and in our press and marketing activity which includes social media channels of PBIMA and our judges. The artist gives us the right to use the name of the entry and the images submitted for the uses listed.

Once an entry is officially accepted to the festival, the artist(s) can no longer withdraw it from consideration for an award. Songs or videos can only be submitted once, regardless of which categories are selected for consideration.

PBIMA is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any entered song, performance, or video submitted and accepted for an award consideration for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the song or video for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless PBIMA and its assignees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
