In a world where everyone has the colors on their shirt based on their background, Cate, who has just entered the 10th grade, meets a new friend named Cus. However, Cate notices that Cus' shirt does not have any color as everyone else's. Cate searches for the reason for this, until she discovers the truth that makes Cate reach out to help Cus and invites their friends to help make this world bright and beautiful with colors through art.
