Writer Statement

During the course of my career as an attorney and, before that, as a law student involved in the criminal justice system, I've witnessed all too many strange events that have inspired me to pursue a career in screenwriting. In 2023 my first script, "A Very Bad Divorce", was completed. It won the award for Best Thriller in one
contest, Award of Prestige, Best Thriller in another, Finalist in two others, Semi-Finalist and Quarter-Finalist, respectively, in two more. My second script, "Pen Pal", just won Best Screenplay in the Wiki Screenplay Contest and Best Thriller in the Los Angeles Film Awards.
