Director Biography - Mattia Calvi

Mattia Calvi is a self-taught photographer and videomaker from Bergamo, in northen Italy. He is interested and strongly influenced by music and by his travels, as well as a "true-raw-unpolished" but intentional and meaningful type of cinema and narration. He began working for music artists and local activities. Now he's studying filmmaking at the "Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti" in Milan, aiming to be the director of his own stories.
