The Oregon Short Film Festival is a seasonal event (Winter, Summer and Fall) on the Film Festival Circuit for filmmakers of all genres to showcase their creative works in the Pacific Northwest. A live screening of international independent short films, series episodes, and music videos of all genres. Oregon is known for being a fun and laid back state in the Pacific Northwest with yummy food and lots to do. Whether it’s the nature experience, the arts or the wonderful wine, craft beer and food options, if you haven’t visited at least once, perhaps it’s time you came out here! This event was founded by author and retired filmmaker Mikel Fair who worked on location in the Film and Television industry from 1999-2015. Our mission is to screen several programs of international independent short films in a "back to back" format.

  • Kudos to the organizers and volunteers of OSFF. Excellent communications! And Mikel Fair provides a _lot_ of helpful info about getting the most from the film festival experience. Thank you for screening "M.T. Nestor," and for awarding us Best Science Fiction Short Film! We're honored, and definitely got a lot out of viewing the other films, and networking with the filmmakers.

truly enjoyed participating with my short film, Alone, at the Oregon Short Film Festival. I found networking with the other filmmakers uplifting. Even better were the extraordinary short films that were screened at the festival. Great production values with excellent writing. It was an honor to have my film shown with this group of films. I would recommend the festival to any film makers who have short films and want to spend a day mingling with other filmmakers and seeing a group of excellent work.
