INITIAL SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
Eligibility limited to Projects from Creators residing in the State of Oregon or Projects with a portion of production taking place in Oregon.
Projects must be episodic in nature.
Projects must be micro-budget ($25K or less in expected production costs).
All submission materials and full payment must be received prior to deadline.
Submitting party must be the primary rights holders.
Written review materials must be submitted electronically through FilmFreeway in standard screenplay format, in a non password protected PDF format to be eligible.
Updates or changes to submission materials are not allowed. Please proofread your materials very carefully before submitting.
Multiple separate submissions are allowed from same creator.
All submission fees are non-refundable.
All notifications and additional materials requests will be sent only to email provided.
INITIAL JUDGING CRITERIA:
Strength and originality of narrative, feasibility as a micro-budget project, collaborative nature of project.
SEMI-FINALS GUIDELINES:
Semi-finalist will be required to provide additional materials (letter of intent, full pilot script or 3 episodes of web series, 1 minute brand video, 1 minute creator intro video) and attend Showcase event to remain eligible through Finalist selection round.
Member’s Media Ltd, Cooperative will require a LOI (letter of intent) for a 10% equity stake in projects that are awarded and take part in Oregon Episodic Story Lab Accelerator program. All ownership rights to the submitted materials remain with the original rights holder until and unless an Equity Agreement is executed.
FINALIST JUDGING CRITERIA:
Submission materials, and Showcase highlights will be uploaded and rated by entire Member's Media Membership. Semi-Finals and Finals weighted scores will be used to determine winners.
COOPERATIVE PRODUCTION CRITERIA:
Cooperative production through mutually agreed upon terms. Submission party and Member's Media are under no obligation to enter into a production agreement.

LEGAL:
Submitting party agrees that their name, project name, and project description may be used for promotional purposes by Member’s Media, Ltd Cooperative if selected as a Semi-Finalist. No further consideration or payment will be made for use. By applying for competition, submitting party agrees to release and hold harmless Member’s Media, Ltd Cooperative, its sponsors, partners, and individual Members, directors, employees, and representatives against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to damages and negligence to property and persons, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, copyright, infringement of trademark or other intellectual property rights relating to a participant’s submission, participation in the program and/or acceptance or use or misuse of Prize. Protection and copyrighting of original source material is the sole responsibility of the submitting party. Disclosure, submission, or offer of any submissions to the Site shall constitute an agreement to the terms here within. Member’s Media, Ltd Cooperative shall be under no obligation to: (1) maintain a copy of your or any user's submissions; (2) to pay to you or any user any compensation for any submissions; or (3) to respond to any of your or any other user's submissions. You acknowledge that, with respect to any claim you may have relating to or arising out of an actual or alleged exploitation or use of any submission hereunder, the damage, if any, thereby caused will not be irreparable or otherwise sufficient to entitle you to injunctive or other equitable relief or to in any way enjoin the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of any production based on or allegedly based on such submission, and your rights and remedies in any such event shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law.
