Director Statement

I made Orange Skies as I wanted to create a fresh approach on making climate documentaries approachable and entertaining to GenZ. Short, action-packed and thought-provoking. As I progressed through this project I realized how sick I felt from traditional documentaries leaving things on a solution-based or happy ending. That's not the case for climate disasters. We cannot just feel fulfilled from seeing a happy ending on screen. We must take the 'Part 3' off screen, into our own hands and forge our own ending.
