Director Biography - Tazi Starfire

I grew up in Bakersfield, CA, and was raised in the foster care system. My life during this time was trying to say the least but one thing that God gave me to keep going was my imagination. Filmmaking helps me bring my imagination from my brain to the screen for others to enjoy, it was my escape then and is today. The world is a broken place with broken people but it could be a wonderous place with generous people. I believe my stories could change my audience's perspective of the world we live in. Most importantly I can help people understand people better.
