The Open Fields Short Film Festival is a new film festival bringing the creativity of filmmaking to the beautiful open fields of the Southern New South Wales town of Temora, in the Riverina. Held on 2nd December 2017, the festival is the perfect opportunity to either showcase your latest film, or create one from scratch. Running at 7 minutes or under, the film must be suitable for general viewing (think G-rated), and can fit any genre you wish!
PLEASE NOTE: The film Festival is a live screening event, you or someone that represents your film must be able to come to the festival to be eligible to enter.
Films will be judged by a panel of three, with prizes awarded on the night. The festival consists of three sessions, morning and afternoon sessions we will be screening the short listed films and in the evening is the award ceremony. Full program will be available closer to the date. Competition is open to everyone, from first time filmmakers to experienced professionals, and locals to people all over the globe. This is the opportunity to be involved in the first installment of this annual event. So Grab a camera, write a story, and let your creativity run free at the Open Fields Film Festival.
