Producers’ Statement
Healing Voices – Personal Stories has completed six films about women who successfully moved out of an abusive situation and rebuilt their lives. Two other films again looked at domestic violence from a woman’s point of view in regard to ways of healing and increasing public awareness. Now we turn our attention to domestic violence and men. Very few films deal with this and we hope this film will inspire others to delve further into the problem.
