One Kingdom, One Love
In 'One Kingdom, One Love' initiators and gay activists of the first 'Kingdom Boat' are followed during week of the Amsterdam Gay Pride 2015. According to their stories it becomes clear what the current status is with respect to the rights and social acceptance of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders in the Dutch Caribbean.
Common thread in the film are outspoken personal stories of an Antillean transgender girl, a young gay man and a lesbian politician, in which struggle, combativeness, faith and hope are central themes.
