Once upon a time in Havana
Havana, 1957. Manuel Carvalho, a bright cultured young student, but somewhat naive, joins, through the intervention of his beloved Patricia, a group of men that fight against the dictatorship. The head of the group, Leonardo Conde, a man with (according to Manuel) a Humphrey Bogart complex, owner of the El Pulpo publishing house, gathers four more men to raid an armory. Apparently it was a perfect robbery, but thanks to a tip the police find out about the operation. Only Manuel and Leonardo escape, while the rest of the members of the group are captured, tortured and killed. All except one. Manuel and Leonardo discover that it was he who, from the beginning, worked as an informant for the police. Then they seek revenge, but they'll discover that it was a more difficult feat to perform than they expected.
