Waheeda Rahman-Mair is a Bengali multi-disciplinary artist based in Birmingham, UK. She grew up in a multicultural city and found people fascinating as it intrigued her to see the huge range of personalities, appearances, and life stories that make every individual so unique. Now through her work, she always wants to celebrate that and depict their stories and styles. She also has an interest in how animation and illustration can be used to push the boundaries of reality and transport you into new worlds.
