Oleg Bers was born in the "county town N" in Veliky Novgorod in a family of surgeons. Since childhood, I've been interested in movies and always experimented with all the cameras I had at home. My parents come from the far north, which is my second small homeland, and I grew up under the light of the northern lights and the force of cold winds.

At the age of 17, I shot my first movie, DOM, without money, but with faith in cinema, and I did it. I am currently working on a large number of projects in the directing and production departments.
Previously, for a long time he was involved in organizing events in the field of art (Exhibitions of contemporary art, performances based on his own scripts, festivals of contemporary art).
