The Oklahoma State Fair is excited to bring back the Film Festival in 2021 to highlight the fantastic work being created by Oklahoma filmmakers. The finalist will screen at the Creative Arts building at the 2021 Oklahoma State Fair on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

Finalist and winners will be chosen in three categories: secondary schools, college and technology centers, and open. Cash prizes for the top three in each category.

IMPORTANT: All participants must register for the Oklahoma State Fair at https://osf.fairwire.com. Directors will need to provide their Oklahoma mailing address.

Secondary Schools
1st Prize - Custom Award, Rosette, $100
2nd Prize - Rosette, $50
3rd Prize - Rosette, $25

College and Technology Centers
1st Prize - Custom Award, Rosette, $100
2nd Prize - Rosette, $50
3rd Prize - Rosette, $25

Open Category
1st Prize - Custom Award, Rosette, $100
2nd Prize - Rosette, $50

Rules & Terms

All short films must be:
- 10 minutes or less
- Created after Jan 1, 2019
- Directed by an Oklahoman
- Rated PG: No Vulgarity, F* Bombs, Nudity, Gore, or Adult Oriented Material

    A lovely festival run by lovely people! From the time I submitted all the way through the festival date, the communication and organization was impeccable. The festival itself was very well put together and was a wonderful opportunity to network and enjoy a beautiful array of films. I definitely look forward to attending next year, and every year after that!
