INSCRIPCIÓN
1.-Las inscripciones para las competencias de OJO MÓVIL FEST están abiertas para películas de ficción, documental, experimental, animación, vertical, series web y video clip nacionales e internacionales que se hayan producido entre el año 2020 hasta la fecha límite de recepción del festival.
2.- El registro visual de la obra puede estar grabada con cualquier marca y/o modelo de dispositivo móvil. No es requisito para participar que el registro del sonido y/o la edición tengan que ser mediante un dispositivo móvil.
3.- Las obras enviadas pueden estar participando al mismo tiempo en otras premiaciones, sin afectar con la presente.
4.- En caso de que la obra se encuentre en otro idioma distinto al español, debe estar traducida mediante subtítulos al español.
5.- La inscripción se realizará únicamente a través de la plataforma Filmfreeway, a partir de las 18:00 horas del sábado 28 de mayo, en dos modalidades:
Inscripción anticipada: hasta las 23:59 horas del 31 de Julio
Cortometrajes peruanos (ficción y documental): Sin costo de inscripción.
Cortometrajes Internacionales y Largometrajes: Regular USD 7.00 / Miembro Gold Filmfreeway USD 5.00

Una vez pasadas las 23:59 horas del 27 de agosto 2022 no se aceptarán más inscripciones, ni propuestas.
6.- La persona que inscriba la obra audiovisual mediante la plataforma de Filmfreeway debe tener todos los derechos de propiedad del mismo, teniendo el cargo de productor(a), director(a) o representante legal de la obra, asumiendo toda responsabilidad sobre la propiedad intelectual, desligando a los realizadores del Festival de cualquier inconveniente legal en caso exista plagio o alguna falta grave con respecto a la originalidad.
7.- Al momento de inscribirse en la plataforma Filmfreeway, deben de completar todos los datos solicitados. Es indispensable indicar modelo y marca de celular, así como cualquier otro dispositivo empleado para la realización y postproducción.
La calidad de video, deberá ser de resolución 1080p, 2K o 4K, en formato H.264 o MP4. En caso de tener subtítulos, deben ser entregados como un archivo aparte, con extensión SRT.
De igual forma ,adjuntar "Making of" y fotografías del detrás de cámaras, mostrando el uso de dispositivos móviles (teléfonos o tabletas) confirmando la identidad del representante de la obra y el afiche promocional de la obra en jpg o png.
Los organizadores podrán emplear las imágenes, descripciones y video para los fines de difusión el tiempo que consideren necesario.
SELECCIÓN Y CALIFICACIÓN
La selección y calificación cuenta con dos etapas:
La primera, es una preselección a cargo de un comité integrado por un equipo especializado del Festival, el cual elegirá aquellas obras que cumplan con la calidad técnica, estética y narrativa.
La segunda etapa de selección y calificación, estará a cargo de un jurado especializado.
En el caso de que ninguna de las obras en competencia no llegue a cumplir con el mínimo de estándar requerido por este Festival, el jurado tendrá la facultad de declarar la categoría como desierta, sin derecho a reclamo.
El ganador de cada categoría deberá confirmar la aceptación del premio mediante correo electrónico a los realizadores: info@ojomovil.com. En caso no haya respuesta dentro de los siguientes siete días al correo, esto será considerado como vacado, dando paso al siguiente seleccionado.
Serán descalificados los trabajos que incumplan con alguna de las cláusulas mencionadas en este documento.
Todas las decisiones del organizador serán definitivas e irrevocables.
CATEGORIAS
COMPETENCIA OFICIAL
1.- Competencia Peruana Cortometraje
Pueden participar películas de ficción y documental realizadas en Perú.
Se aceptan obras audiovisuales con un tiempo máximo de hasta 20 minutos de duración. El género y la temática son libres.
2.-Competencia Internacional Cortometrajes
Pueden participar películas de ficción y documental realizadas en cualquier país.
Se aceptan obras audiovisuales con un tiempo máximo de hasta 20 minutos de duración. El género y la temática son libres.
3.-Competencia Largometraje
Pueden participar películas de ficción y documental realizadas en cualquier país.
Se aceptan obras audiovisuales con un tiempo mínimo de 40 minutos y una duración máxima de 120 minutos. El género y la temática son libres.
4.- Competencia Nuevas Miradas
En esta sección pueden participar :
Series web, experimental, animación, video vertical, con un tiempo máximo de hasta 20 minutos de duración. El género y la temática son libres.
Videoclip, el tiempo de duración será determinado por la canción que acompañe la propuesta. El género y la temática son libres.
MUESTRA FUERA DE COMPETENCIA Cortometrajes de cualquier parte del mundo. Las obras no deben durar más de 20 minutos, el género y la temática son libres, que no hayan sido seleccionados para la competencia oficial
JURADO
1.- El jurado estará compuesto por personalidades nacionales e internacionales que integren las industrias audiovisuales y culturales.
2.- No podrán participar en el jurado personas que se encuentren concursando en competencia, ya sea de manera directa o indirecta.
3.-Las decisiones del jurado serán inapelables.

INSCRIPTION

Once past 11:59 p.m. on August 27, 2022, no more registrations or proposals will be accepted.
6.- The person who registers the audiovisual work through the Filmfreeway platform must have all the property rights of the same, having the position of producer, director or legal representative of the work, assuming all responsibility for the intellectual property, releasing the Festival's filmmakers from any legal inconvenience in the event of plagiarism or any serious fault with respect to originality.
7.- At the time of registering on the Filmfreeway platform, you must complete all the requested information. It is essential to indicate the model and brand of the cell phone, as well as any other device used for the production and post-production.
The video quality must be 1080p, 2K or 4K resolution, in H.264 or MP4 format. If you have subtitles, they must be delivered as a separate file, with an SRT extension.

SELECTION AND QUALIFICATION
The selection and qualification has two stages:

The second stage of selection and qualification will be in charge of a specialized jury.
In the event that none of the works in competition does not meet the minimum standard required by this Festival, the jury will have the power to declare the category as void, without the right to claim.
The winner of each category must confirm acceptance of the prize by email to the filmmakers: info@ojomovil.com. In case there is no response within the next seven days to the email, this will be considered as vacated, giving way to the next selected.
Works that fail to comply with any of the clauses mentioned in this document will be disqualified.
All decisions of the organizer will be final and irrevocable.
CATEGORIES
OFFICIAL COMPETITION
1.- Peruvian Short Film Competition

JURY
1.- The jury will be made up of national and international personalities from the audiovisual and cultural industries.
2.- People who are competing in competition, either directly or indirectly, may not participate in the jury.
3.-The decisions of the jury will be final.
CONDITIONS AND ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS
1.- The organizers reserve the right to modify the bases, as well as the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2.- By registering for the OJO MÓVIL FEST, the legal representative(s) of the audiovisual work grant the transfer of projection and reproduction rights of the work for this edition and future editions of the Festival for advertising purposes, of exhibition and exposure in events, digital platforms and non-profit activities organized by OJO MÓVIL, either partially or totally.
3.- The selection committee has the power to select applicant works for non-competitive sections of the festival.
4.- After the applicant work is selected in any of the sections, it may not be withdrawn from the festival program nor may it be exhibited at any other event in Peruvian territory before its official presentation at OJO MÓVIL FEST
Once the audiovisual work is registered in the Festival, it cannot be withdrawn from the programming, nor from the planned projections.
