She has interviewed various people who have contributed to music, art, & their local communities while also covering events like Inked Out NJ & the LGBT Expo. She has also developed her ideas into web shows which focused on pop culture & lifestyle. Diandra has stepped into the world of short film documentaries, completing her first film Strength Faith Courage: Conquering Lupus in May 2019. She continues to prove that she is a creative force to be reckoned with, whether she is creating digital media, curating events like Thrift & Chill or Brunch Turnuhhh, and using her voice to reduce stigma surrounding mental health/illness and spreading positivity.
Being a Black woman, I know how hard it can be to simply "be". I wanted to bring to life a poem I wrote reminding all the sistas how beautiful, powerful, and dynamic we truly are.
