Director Statement

I made this trip in the Venezuelan Amazon in 2001 and then lost track of all the footage filmed during it. Only recently, during a house move, I found a dusty box with 10 video tapes and a journal: it was material that I thought got lost. Since it was an experience that had been fundamental for me, I decided to create a documentary out of it.
