ABOUT THE MOVIE
The topic Obscuration is dealing with is the need of escape of reality you can experience when your body is sick, but your mind works pretty perfect and still can't cope. So whatever you're trying to do - no matter how hard you try to focus on the positive side of life - your shadows will still haunt you no matter how far you will run away.

Marcus sickness was a combination of symptoms people with Lupus or Crohns Disease can deal with - however: you got to accept also your inner "enemy" to make the best of it.
