Nursing In The Community

Community nurses carry out a huge range of vital work with patients in the community every single day.

They provide care in people’s homes, communities, GP surgeries, clinics – and do vital outreach work with people who may not have a secure home.

This film was made in order to encourage more people to consider a career in community nursing by showcasing the incredible work these nurses do, highlighting the role, the various settings in which they operate, and the complexities of care provided.
