Nurse Wars

Nurse Wars is a low-budget scifi parody inspired by James Cameron's Terminator with a nurse twist.

In the year 2049, nearly all jobs on earth are replaced by robots. Most humans do not work and have very little knowledge about work.

On April 1, 2049 a solar flare incapacitated most of the robotic workforce including the robotic nurses except for two advanced prototypes N2000 and R3000.

R3000 is the latest robotic nurse but her computer chip data has been corrupted by the solar flare. The only functioning human nurse has just gone into retirement.

R3000 decides to travel back to the year 2023 to gather data from the human nurses to rebuild a fleet of robotic nurses...

Director Biography - James Chan

James Chan is an experienced music teacher and musician. He has directed and produced eight short films in Sydney, 4 of which got into the final stages of competition. He loves writing music and songs. He has performed in many events and functions on the piano and is also an avid singer. He loves to produce short films as the filming process itself is very interesting and full of surprises.
