A veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and currently a Chinook pilot in the US Army Reserve, screenwriting has been an outlet for me since highschool, a passion I am now working hard to turn into a career. I want to tell stories about people who exceed the limitations they thought they had, that achieved something they didn't think was possible but found the strength to do anyway. I love history, I have a Masters Degree in Battlefield Archaeology, have visited and lived in multiple countries and multiple cultures and want to incorporate all of that into my storytelling. My favorite genres are history/war and science fiction. I'm better at action, but like to make people laugh, though its not always on purpose. I have received multiple project and writer Consider ratings from professional screenplay readers and my scrips have recently been Quarter and Semi-Finalists in contests. I am looking forward to learning everything I can about the business and creating projects and telling stories that will move their audience and meeting others who want the same!
