Not One of the Three Fates

The project, entitled "Non è una delle tre Parche"(Not One of the Three Fates), takes up an existing musical project by Jacopo Cerolini.
Three tracks, whose aim is not to embody the Fates directly, but rather to represent them, act as an interpretation of the idea of the Fates, without being an actual manifestation. This concept also extends to the visuals, based on readings, paintings and thoughts, which consciously cannot fully reveal the true essence of the gods.
The search for the unknown is an intrinsic feeling that leads to creation and exploration, making the search itself an engine of individual and collective evolution. The project is developed in three aspects: music, costumes and set design, and visuals, which converge in a final performance.

Director Biography - Elisabetta Lazzerini

I am Elisabetta Lazzerini, I am 25 years old and from Perugia.
Since I was a child, my passion for drawing and colours has driven me to think in images, and later on my art studies helped me to cultivate this passion.
I took a three-year degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia at the LABA in Florence, where I was enraptured by the world of cinema and audiovisuals. During my three years in Florence, I made several music and documentary videos, refining my technique more and more, and concluded my path with a mainly cinematographic thesis, making the short film "Caleidoscopio", which won three prizes at two festivals.
I finished my master's degree in Cinema and Audiovisual at the LABA in Brescia, where I had the opportunity to get involved and touch upon the roles, dynamics and processes of the audiovisual industry.
I currently work as a videomaker and mainly on film sets as an 1st Ac and focus puller, but my greatest aspiration is to become a director of photography, using light to tell stories and create emotions.
