Not A Day Goes By
They say its better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Sometimes you can't forget someone no matter how hard you try.

Born in the city if El Progreso, Honduras (located in the Yoro Department) ... Maynor Humberto Amaya-Bardales, the proud son of Brenda Marisol Bardales-Amaya, was separated from his family at the tender age of only 14 months old. The pain he suffered from this loss has fueled his artistic creation and is the foundation of everything he does. In the recent months, Maynor has reunited with his family and is beginning the healing process. He found out he is a big brother to 6 sisters and 1 brother. What a blessing. With this new found gratitude and motivation, Maynor has learned to take nothing for granted. Time is precious, priceless and the most valuable commodity in this lifetime. Family over everything, Maynor represents his people to the fullest.
Maynor found his love and passion for creating music at a later age than most in his field. He was 19 years old but that didn't stop him from diving in head first on his new found passion. Fast forward a decade later and at the ripe old age of 32, Maynor has now doubled down on his passion for music creation and now has coupled that with a skill set in the film making arena as well. With full production control, Maynor now can make his visions come to life independently whenever, wherever. What an empowering feeling knowing your craft and artwork is truly in your own hands and you don't have to rely on the efforts of anyone else to make it happen because you took the initiative, made the sacrifices, gained the knowledge necessary and took ownership and full responsibility of your own destiny instead of waiting for a handout.
I just want to take the time to thank you for reviewing my music video for consideration for your festival. It's a privilege to be able to do what I love and be able to submit it to such an awesome platform. Without festivals and concerts, as a musician it would be near impossible to market ourselves correctly and reach our intended audiences. Thanks again and I hope you enjoy "Not A Day Goes By".
