• Films with any production time can participate in the festival (the production time must be before the closing of the festival);
• Films that respect the goals of the festival;
• The NORGS Festival selects and invites films that be part of the official selection;
• After selecting the film, it cannot remove from the festival program during the festival;
• The films should present in the original language with Farsi or English subtitles. The original language means the language of the country where the film was made and screened. (Farsi or English films do not need subtitles);
• There is no limit to the number of submitted works, and any director can send any number of them to the festival secretariat;
• Films selected as Official Selection agree to use the NORGS Festival Official Selection logo in all their advertising. In addition, award winners and film distribution companies accept to use the exact text of the awards as described in the festival guidelines and the winners' logo. Also, the festival can use the film, trailer, poster, and other accessories in different parts of the festival, including the closing ceremony, advertisements, etc.;
• In the short film section, filmmakers from all over the world can participate. In the feature film section, filmmakers from all over the world can participate;
• Participants must upload all required documents and images to the FilmFreeway or WFCN website, including movie trailers, movie posters, director photos, screenwriter photos, editor photos, main actress/actor photos, and music composer photos;
• Each participant must provide an actual and accessible email. Otherwise, it will stay away from the festival information, and the festival will not accept any responsibility in this regard;
• The short film section includes 4 sections: fiction, documentary, animation, and music video. The feature film section includes 2 sections: fiction and documentary;
• The official selection of short films is 35, which includes 25 fiction films, 3 documentaries, 4 animations, and 3 music videos. The official selection of feature film is 15, which includes 10 fiction films and 5 documentaries;
• Participating in the NORGS Festival means accepting all the rules and regulations of the festival and respecting the pre-selection conditions. Failure to comply with any of the mentioned items will cause the removal of the film in the first stage;
• Participants must enable the download feature or respond positively to the download request. Otherwise, their film will not judge by the festival;
• If your film is selected: You will be contacted by email.

Film Duration:
Short Film (Fiction, Documentary, Animation, Music Video) = The festival NIIF accepts films between 1 and 30 minutes;
Feature Film (Fiction, Documentary) = The festival NIIF accepts films between 30 and 120 minutes;
Film Style: NIIF accepts all kinds of styles;
Film format requirements:
• Film format = mp4;
• Recommended codecs: H264 (high bitrate if possible: at least 2MBit/s and Uncompressed);
• NTSC HD material of 1920x1080px.

فیلم ها با هر زمان تولید میتوانند در جشنواره شرکت کنند (زمان تولید باید قبل از بسته شدن جشنواره باشد)؛
فیلم هایی که به اهداف جشنواره احترام می گذارند؛
جشنواره نورجس فیلم هایی را که بخشی از انتخاب رسمی هستند، انتخاب و دعوت میکند؛
پس از انتخاب فیلم، امکان حذف آن از برنامه جشنواره در طول جشنواره وجود ندارد؛
فیلم ها باید به زبان اصلی با زیرنویس فارسی یا انگلیسی ارائه شوند. منظور از زبان اصلی، زبان کشوری است که فیلم در آنجا ساخته شده و به نمایش درآمده است. (فیلم های با زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی نیازی به زیرنویس ندارند)؛
محدودیتی برای تعداد آثار ارسالی وجود ندارد و هر کارگردان میتواند هر تعداد اثر را به دبیرخانه¬ی جشنواره ارسال کند؛
فیلم هایی که به عنوان منتخب رسمی انتخاب میشوند، موافقت می کنند که از لوگوی انتخاب رسمی جشنواره نورجس در تمامی تبلیغات خود استفاده کنند. علاوه بر این، برندگان جوایز و شرکت های پخش فیلم می پذیرند که از متن دقیق جوایز مطابق دستورالعمل جشنواره و لوگوی برندگان استفاده کنند. همچنین جشـنواره می تـوانـد از فیـلم، آنونـس، پوسـتر و دیگر متعلقـات آن در بخش های مختلف جشنواره از جمله اختتامیه، تبلیغات و ... استفاده کند؛
در بخش فیلم کوتاه، فیلمسازان از سراسر دنیا میتوانند شرکت کنند. در بخش فیلم بلند، فیلمسازان از سراسر دنیا میتوانند شرکت کنند؛
شرکت کنندگان باید کلیه مدارک و تصاویر مورد نیاز را در سایت های فیلم فریوی و دَبلیو اِف سی اِن آپلود نمایند که شامل تریلر فیلم، پوستر فیلم، عکس کارگردان، عکس فیلمنامه نویس، عکس تدوینگر، عکس بازیگران اصلی و عکس آهنگساز فیلم می باشد؛
هر شرکت کننده باید یک ایمیل واقعی و در دسترس اعلام کند، در غیراینصورت از اطلاع رسانی-های جشنواره به دور خواهد ماند و جشنواره هیچگونه مسئولیتی در این زمینه نخواهد پذیرفت؛
بخش فیلم کوتاه شامل 4 بخش داستانی، مستند، انیمیشن و موزیک ویدیو می باشد. بخش فیلم بلند شامل 2 بخش داستانی و مستند می باشد؛
تعــداد انتخاب رسمـی فیـلم کوتاه 35 فیلم است؛ که شامــل 25 فیلم داستانی، 3 فیلم مستند، 4 انیمیشن و 3 موزیک ویدیو می باشد. تعــداد انتخاب رسمـی فیـلم بلند 15 فیلم است؛ که شامــل 10 فیلم داستانی و 5 فیلم مستند می باشد؛
شرکت در جشنواره نورجس به معنی پذیرش کلیه قوانین و مقررات جشنواره و احترام به شرایط پیش از انتخاب است. عدم رعایت هر یک از موارد ذکر شده باعث حذف شدن فیلم در مرحله اول خواهد شد؛
شرکت کنندگان باید قابلیت دانلود را فعال کنند و یا به درخواست دانلود پاسخ مثبت دهند. در غیر اینصورت فیلم آنها توسط جشنواره داوری نخواهد شد؛

فیلم بلند: جشنواره نورجس فیلم های داستانی و مستند بین 30 تا 120 دقیقه را می پذیرد؛
